Advanced Network-able Door
Controller and
Access Control Management Database
The Integra32 System is a package that includes a control panel (pictured below)
and Windows based software. It is usually packaged by Highpower with two
proximity card readers as a kit. The Integra system not only provides
access control, but also tracks and manages user information using Windows-based
software. The base model includes software to network up to 32 doors but
extended software is available for TC/PIP based systems to handle up to 128
doors. The Integra also has programmable inputs and outputs that can be
used for automation.
Hardware Features
|
The H-IRC-2000 is the hardware of the Integra system. It is a control
board that is designed to control two doors and is network-able with other
IRC-2000 boards and a Windows based PC. Also known as the
"Intelligent Field Panel" the board utilizes flash firmware for easy
upgrades. The panels can operate
independent of a PC during normal use and uses built-in intelligence to perform
continuous monitoring, logging and time-zone functions. A PC is normally
required to reconfigure the system (like adding and removing users), reading
system reports, operating and monitoring doors, monitoring external events and
triggering automation devices. Because the hardware is designed to work
with two doors, it supports two card readers and has 8 fully supervised alarm
inputs and with 8 outputs. These inputs and outputs can be configured to
trigger alarms, alerts and log entries, and can be used to run devices that are
external from the access control system (such as lights and thermostats etc.)
The unit is fully configurable and programmable to interface with many other
automation devices utilizing these I/O ports. These units are networked
together using RS-485 between control boards and use an RS-232 link to a
Windows-based PC or can be networked individually using TC/PIP based Ethernet.
Normally
furnished as a kit with two
P-300 prooximity card readers. |
