Smart Slot J
The Smart Slot J reads most major barcode
symbologies and is available with over 20 different interfaces, including RS232,
RS422/485, PC Wedge, Wiegand, ABA (mag-stripe emulation), and DTMF.
Smart Mag J
Magnetic Stripe swipe reader for reading any card with magnetic stripe
information, such as credit cards, driver's licenses, and access control
cards. Available with over 20 different popular interfaces, including
RS232, RS422/485, PC Wedge, Wiegand, and Wand Emulation.
Magbar J
The first and only combination barcode/magnetic stripe reader available. The
MagbarJ swipe reader reads all popular barcode symbologies as well as magnetic
stripe cards in the same slot! Available with over 20 popular interfaces,
including RS232, RS422/485, PC Wedge, Wiegand, ABA, and Wand Emulation.
Magstripe and Barcode
Readers with Integrated Proximity Reader
(This is a new product line, with
limited literature available. Please call for availability. They are
similar to the other Smart series of readers in appearance and function).

Prox J
Combination Proximity reader with barcode
and/or magnetic stripe. Completely compatible with "J" series, the
Smart Prox J can be used in situations where dual technology is required.
Supported proximity cards include Keri and HID. Interfaces include
wiegand, ABA (magstripe emulation), RS232, RS422, networked RS422, pc wedge,
DTMF, and others.

Slot J
Professional Barcode Reader
The Smart Slot J Readers are internally decoded
barcode slot readers designed to be used in any application which requires the
swiping of a barcode from a card, such as licenses, student id's, and employee
id's. Since the decoding is internal to the Smart Slot J, no external
decoding device is required. This internal decoding also is designed to
optimize the read cycle, providing accurate and trouble-free read
operation. These professional readers are available in many different
industry standard output interfaces, are programmable, and can be equipped with
a variety of options including LED indicators, alphanumeric displays, and
signaling relays.

Unique Magnetic Stripe and Barcode Combination Reader
The Magbar J series is the first and only
combination reader, allowing the reading of barcodes and magnetic stripes in the
same slot. These are internally decoded readers that do not require and external
device for decoding. They can be used anywhere where the reading of both
barcodes and magnetic stripes are required, such as in security systems, time
and attendance systems, college campuses, and retail installations. These
